Emmanuel Uchenna Item, a 30-year-old Austrian-Nigerian tattoo artist, blends tattoo art with African heritage, particularly West African tribal symbols like nsibidi and uli. Raised in Vienna and Berlin, he returned to Nigeria in 2024 to reconnect with his Igbo heritage.
