EFCC Arraigns Bauchi Commissioner and Others for Terrorism Financing

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned Bauchi State Commissioner Yakubu Adamu and three others in a Federal High Court in Abuja on ten counts bordering on conspiracy, conversion of public funds, alleged terrorism financing, and money laundering. The defendants pleaded not guilty, and the court adjourned the matter to rule on the bail application.

The case is set to continue on January 5, 2026, with the defendants remanded in Kuje Correctional Center.
