He praised President Donald Trump and the US Congress for pressuring Nigerian authorities to be more accountable in addressing terrorism financing issues.

Frank highlighted the need for transparency in handling security matters and criticized the Nigerian government for not publishing a list of alleged terror financiers. He advised caution in sharing sensitive intelligence with Nigerian officials until there is full disclosure.
