Kaduna Governor Sani Credits Tinubu for State Achievements

Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State stated that the state's achievements are significantly supported by President Bola Tinubu. During an Iftar event with social media influencers, Sani announced a groundbreaking ceremony for a $200 million poultry project, which will be the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa, creating 350 direct jobs and 150,000 indirect jobs while supporting around 10,000 small businesses.

Sani highlighted the state's educational advancements, including partnerships with the Kuwait Development Fund to build 104 schools, the construction of 65 secondary schools, and plans to recruit 2,000 primary school teachers. He noted a drop in school children from 580,000 to 182,000 in 2023.

In healthcare, the state upgraded 255 primary healthcare centers and plans to recruit 1,800 medical personnel over five years. Additionally, Sani mentioned a partnership with Afreximbank to establish an Africa Quality Assurance Center to help farmers certify their products for export.
