Bola Tinubu Departs Lagos for Europe, Set to Attend Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Summit

Former Lagos State Governor and political leader Bola Tinubu has left Lagos for Europe as part of his end-of-year break before embarking on an official trip to Abu Dhabi for the 2026 Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week summit. Tinubu was invited by the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to participate in the summit focusing on sustainable development.

Tinubu is expected to return to the country after the summit.
