President Bola Tinubu has dismissed Fegho John Umunubo from his position as Special Assistant for Digital Creative Economy in the Vice President's Office. The dismissal, effective immediately, was communicated in a statement by Abiodun Oladunjoye, the Director of Information and Public Relations at the State House.

Stakeholders in the digital creative economy sector were advised not to engage with Umunubo on behalf of the government. This move underscores the administration's commitment to maintaining integrity and professionalism in official appointments within the government.
