Bola Tinubu Excludes Kidnappers and Drug Offenders from Presidential Pardon Process

Nigerian President Bola Tinubu has signed an instrument of clemency excluding convicts of serious crimes like kidnapping, drug trafficking, human trafficking, fraud, and illegal firearm offenses from the presidential pardon process.
