Senator Marafa Vows to Slash Tinubu's Votes by 1 Million in 2027 Election

Former Zamfara Central Senator, Kabiru Marafa, has pledged to reduce Bola Ahmed Tinubu's support base by one million votes in the 2027 general election. Marafa, who recently resigned from the APC, accused Tinubu of sidelining key northern political figures and marginalizing Zamfara State.

Despite the state delivering votes for the APC in the 2023 election, Marafa highlighted the lack of federal appointments for Zamfara. His decision to resign was fueled by disenchantment with the party's treatment of his home state.
