Tinubu Celebrates Gbenga Daniel's 70th Birthday

President Bola Tinubu commemorated the 70th birthday of former Ogun State Governor Gbenga Daniel, recognizing his significant contributions to Nigeria's development. Tinubu acknowledged Daniel, popularly known as OGD, for his professional career and success as the founder of Kresta Laurel, an electro-mechanical engineering firm established in 1990. He highlighted Daniel's tenure as Ogun State governor from 2003, which marked the initiation of various industrial, infrastructural, and educational partnerships.

Tinubu commended Daniel's political resilience and his return to the Progressive Congress after previously being affiliated with the Alliance for Democracy and the People's Democratic Party.
