Special Adviser to the President on Information Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, labeled the speculations as baseless and unfounded, emphasizing Tinubu's democratic principles.

The statement aimed to dispel rumors of Tinubu's alleged ambition to become a life president after the 2027 elections. Onanuga highlighted Tinubu's widespread support, particularly in the North, dismissing any association with a new party to prevent his potential 2027 candidacy.
