Tinubu Leaves Abuja Thursday for Working Visit to Japan, Brazil, With Stopover in Dubai

President Bola Tinubu is set to embark on a working visit to Japan, Brazil, and a stopover in Dubai starting on August 13. The visit will kick off with his attendance at the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9) in Yokohama from August 20-22, focusing on Africa's economic transformation, private investment, and innovation.

Tinubu is expected to engage in plenary sessions, bilateral meetings, and discussions with Japanese companies investing in Nigeria. Following this, he will proceed to Brasilia, Brazil, for a state visit on August 24-25, where he will hold bilateral talks and attend a business forum to strengthen economic ties.

The visit aims to deepen cooperation and witness the signing of agreements and Memoranda of Understanding. Tinubu's delegation will include key ministers and senior government officials.
