Tinubu Reverses Appointments, Recalls NTA DG - Latest Updates

Former Lagos State Governor and APC Chieftain, Bola Tinubu, has made a U-turn by recalling the Director-General of NTA, Yakubu Mohammed Dembo, and reversing recent appointments. Tinubu's Special Adviser, Bayo Onanuga, announced the decision, instructing the return of Dembo to complete his tenure.

Additionally, Mr. Ayo Adewuyi, the Executive Director of News, was directed to complete his term until 2027.

This move comes after Dembo was appointed by Tinubu in October 2023, and Adewuyi in 2024, signaling a shift in leadership decisions within the TV network.
