Tinubu Meets Renewed Hope Ambassadors Ahead of 2027 Elections

On November 25, 2025, President Bola Tinubu convened a meeting with the Renewed Hope Ambassadors at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. This gathering included 36 state coordinators of the group, alongside Vice President Kashim Shettima and the governor-elect of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof.

Nentaw Yilwatda. During the meeting, Tinubu stated, “I took over from myself,” highlighting the continuity of his administration with that of the late President Muhammadu Buhari.

He emphasized that the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, established to serve as a grassroots mobilization platform, is crucial for promoting his re-election bid in the upcoming 2027 elections. The meeting underscores the strategic efforts of Tinubu's administration to maintain support and engagement within the party and among the electorate.
