Wike Launches 31-Day Project Commissioning in Abuja

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), announced a 31-day marathon project commissioning across Nigeria's capital, Abuja, to commemorate President Bola Tinubu's third anniversary in office. This initiative aims to showcase the administration's landmark achievements, including major road networks and urban renewal projects designed to reshape the capital.

Wike emphasized the rapid development occurring in Abuja as a testament to purposeful leadership and challenged critics regarding the scale and quality of the administration's output. Additionally, Wike adopted a reconciliatory tone concerning political tensions in his home state, offering blanket pardons to political opponents and urging estranged allies to return to unity.

He warned against external forces attempting to destabilize Rivers State and reassured support for the political coalition, asserting that they are fully prepared to maintain their dominance in the upcoming electoral cycles.
