Tinubu's Aide Ja'oji Appoints DGs and Media Aides, Sparks Debate

Aide to Bola Tinubu, Ja'oji, appointed Ibrahim Farouk as Director-General for Political Matters and Ahmad Saleh as Director-General for Media and Digital Communication. Additionally, five other officials were appointed to strengthen the media team, including roles like Special Assistant Media and Technical Assistant Media.

Ja'oji's appointments were based on integrity and past performance, sparking debates in political circles due to the creation of the DG positions in the office of President Tinubu. Ja'oji previously served as Special Adviser to Mobilization under Abdullahi Ganduje, the former governor of Kano State, before his current role.

The move follows Ja'oji's elevation to the position of SSA Citizenship and Leadership, replacing Rinsola Abiola.
