Tinubu’s Daughter Awards 1,000 Scholarships at Havilla University

Mujidat Tinubu Ojo, daughter of President Bola Tinubu, awarded scholarships to 1,000 indigent students at Havilla University in Cross River State for the 2025/2026 academic session. Each scholarship is valued at N400,000 and was initiated to commemorate the university's second anniversary.

During the ceremony, she emphasized the importance of education in bridging the gap between rich and poor in society, asserting that every Nigerian youth deserves access to quality education for a brighter future. Hon.

Jone Tangban, the Chancellor and former member representing Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency, commended Tinubu Ojo's generous gesture, aligning it with President Tinubu's administration's agenda to renew hope. The scholarship program is part of a broader commitment to educational support, benefiting thousands across various institutions.

Additionally, Mujidat Tinubu Ojo inaugurated the Folasad Tinubu Ojo Complex at Havilla University, laying the foundation for the Folasad Tinubu Ojo Centre for Vocational Studies, further strengthening her legacy in educational development.
