Nigeria's Kebbi State Among Top 10 Most Affordable Places to Live in October 2025

In October 2025, Nigeria experiences a decrease in headline inflation, with Kebbi state emerging as one of the top 10 most affordable states to reside in. Governor Nasir Idri of Kebbi implements various palliative measures to alleviate the impact of high inflation, including distributing subsidized food items and essential farm inputs to support local production.

The state also launches the Kaura Agriculture Development Growth Agenda (KADAG) program to enhance productivity and promote food security. Despite the overall decrease in inflation rates, Kebbi remains significantly affordable for its residents.
