Trabzonspor's Thomas Reis Updates Onuachu's Injury Status

Trabzonspor's manager Thomas Reis provided an injury update on Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu, stating that the 32-year-old will not be available for selection in the UEFA Conference League match against Scottish Premiership side Heart of Midlothian F.C. on Thursday evening. Onuachu sustained an injury during Trabzonspor's 4-2 victory over KuPS last Thursday, where he scored early in the match but was forced off in the 10th minute.

This injury also ruled him out of the domestic match against Besiktas on Monday. Reis indicated that Onuachu could potentially return to action on Monday, October 26, when Trabzonspor faces Rizespor in the Turkish Super Lig.

If he does not regain full fitness by then, Reis suggested a possible return against Gaziantep FK on November 1. Reis also mentioned that the decision regarding the starting eleven would be made after a training session following the press conference.
