Transcorp Power PLC Reports 12.4% Profit Increase in Q3 2025

Transcorp Power PLC, a leading power generation company in Nigeria and a subsidiary of Transcorp Group, released its unaudited financial results for Q3 2025. The company's revenue grew by 38% year-on-year to N308.5 billion, with a gross profit increase of 24%.

Profit before tax rose to N91.18 billion, reflecting a 12.4% growth, while profit after tax increased by 17% to N68.42 billion. The positive performance was attributed to investments in improving generation capacity, operational excellence, and prudent cost management.

Emmanuel Nnorom, Chairman of Transcorp Power PLC, expressed confidence in sustaining growth despite economic challenges, with CEO Peter Ikenga emphasizing a strategic approach to delivering value to shareholders.
