Transcorp Power Reports N91.1bn Profit in Nine Months, Driven by Power Generation Growth

Transcorp Power Plc announced an unaudited profit of N91.1 billion for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, marking a 12.4% increase from the previous year. The company's revenue from contracted customers rose by 16.59% to N102.7 billion, contributing to a total revenue of N308.5 billion.

Despite a rise in costs, including fuel expenses, the company's gross profit surged to N42 billion. Transcorp Power also recorded a foreign exchange loss but achieved a 7.63% increase in quarterly pre-tax profit.

The company's total assets expanded by 35.26% to N536.7 billion, showcasing its growth in the energy sector.
