Transcorp Power Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, to consider its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026. The filing also announces the commencement of a closed period on the company's shares effective October 1, 2026.
Transcorp Power Plc (TRANSPOWER) has filed a formal notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The primary agenda item is the consideration of the company's Quarter 3, 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements, covering the period ending September 30, 2026.
In line with Rule 17.18(a) of the NGX Rulebook, 2015 (As Amended), the company has declared a closed period on its shares commencing Thursday, October 1, 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 financials are filed on the NGX Issuers' Portal and made available to the public.
During this closed period, all insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from directly or indirectly dealing in the securities of Transcorp Power Plc. The restriction applies until one full day after the financial results have been publicly released through the exchange.
