Transfer: Eberechi Eze’s release clause expires as Man Utd confirm deal for Collyer

Crystal Palace's attacking midfielder, Eberechi Eze, saw his release clause expire as the summer transfer window progresses. Despite being linked with moves to Arsenal and Tottenham, Eze's availability is now subject to negotiation with interested Premier League clubs.

In a separate development, Manchester United announced that midfielder Toby Collyer will spend the season on loan at Championship side West Bromwich Albion. Collyer, who joined Man United's Academy in March 2022, made 13 appearances for the Red Devils last season and also debuted in the Premier League against Liverpool in September.

With Eze's release clause no longer in play, the focus now shifts to potential negotiations for his transfer, while Collyer looks to gain valuable experience on loan.
