Nigerian Troops Rescue 7 Kidnapped Victims in Kano, 4 Still Missing

Nigerian troops, in collaboration with the Nigerian Air Force and police, rescued 7 kidnapped victims in Kano after a distress call. Captain Babatunde Zubairu confirmed the rescue operation, which resulted in the freeing of the victims while 4 remain missing.

The troops engaged bandits, leading to the successful rescue mission. The bandits fled towards Kankia Local Government Area in Katsina State.

Security forces are continuing efforts to track their movements. Residents are urged to support security agencies in combating banditry along the border communities.
