Actor Kunle Afod recently visited Daddy Fresh in the hospital, where the reggae icon appeared frail and weak.

Daddy Fresh explained his struggles, including hallucinations and the inability to walk without assistance. He also revealed being abandoned and facing eviction from his home.

The singer urgently needs blood transfusions to address his low blood levels.
