UBA and Renewvia Partner to Deploy Clean Energy Solutions in Nigeria, Norway Collaboration

United Bank for Africa (UBA) and Renewvia Solar Nigeria have collaborated to deploy renewable energy solutions across 25 UBA branches in five Nigerian states. This partnership, formalized at a ceremony in Lagos, aims to reduce UBA's carbon footprint significantly.

The initiative, supported by UBA Group Chairman Tony O. Elumelu, emphasizes sustainable investments and innovation.

The project will cover 50 locations across 18 states, delivering clean energy and enhancing operational efficiency. UBA's Deputy Managing Director, Muyiwa Akinyemi, highlights the long-term impact of sustainable investments in building Africa's future.
