Unilever Nigeria's Profit Doubles to N30.7 Billion in 2025 Financial Year

Unilever Nigeria Plc has announced a significant increase in profit after tax to N30.7 billion for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The company's unaudited interim financial statement revealed a 99% surge in profit compared to the previous year, attributed to revenue growth, improved operational performance, and higher financial income.

Revenue rose by 44% to N214.7 billion in 2025, with gross profit climbing to N89.6 billion. Despite higher market and administrative expenses, Unilever Nigeria doubled its operating profit to N42.7 billion in 2025.

The company's net financial income reached N9.1 billion, with profit attributable to equity holders standing at N30.7 billion. Earnings per share increased to N5.35, reflecting a significant improvement in profit.

The total comprehensive income for the year rose to N30.9 billion, underscoring the company's enhanced financial performance.
