LASU Disowns Fake Lecturer Convicted of Raping Student on Campus

Lagos State University (LASU) disowned a fake lecturer, Muyiwa, who raped a student on campus. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof.

Bilki Lafiaji Okuney, clarified that Muyiwa was not a staff member but an intruder who took advantage of the victim. The incident happened in 2021, leading to Muyiwa's prosecution and conviction in February 2025.
