Ilebaye Assault Case: FCT Police Investigate Incident

Ilebaye, the winner of Big Brother Naija, was involved in an altercation that resulted in her being assaulted by Emmanuel Odiniya, her father. The incident occurred at Royal Anchor Estate in Wuy, Abuja, and gained public attention after a viral video showed Ilebaye with visible facial swelling.

Following a distress call received by the FCT Police Command, officers were dispatched to the scene early Friday morning. Josephine Adeh, the police spokesperson, confirmed that Ilebaye was taken for medical treatment and is now stable.

Emmanuel Odiniya has been arrested and remains in custody as investigations continue.
