Veritas Kapital Assurance Board Meeting Set for October 15, 2026

Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc (NGX: VERITASKAP) has filed a Board Meeting notification with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, dated September 16, 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The primary agenda is to ratify the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for Q3 2026, covering the period ending September 30, 2026.

The company noted that the Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements will first be approved by the Board through a circularization process ahead of the formal meeting, which will serve to ratify those statements and also review the company's operational strategies. In line with post-listing requirements of the NGX, a closed period for trading in VERITASKAP shares by insiders and their connected persons commenced on October 1, 2026.

Insiders are barred from directly or indirectly dealing in the company's securities until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements are officially released to the NGX and the general public. The notification was signed by Saratu Umar Garba, the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.
