VFD Group Plc Board Meeting Rescheduled to June 9, 2026
VFD Group Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for June 4, 2026, has been rescheduled to June 9, 2026. The meeting will now hold physically at the company's Ikoyi, Lagos office rather than via Microsoft Teams.
VFD Group Plc filed a corporate action notice on June 3, 2026, informing the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of a change in the date and format of its upcoming Board of Directors meeting.
The meeting, which had been set for Thursday, June 4, 2026, and was to be conducted virtually via the Microsoft Teams platform, has been moved to Tuesday, June 9, 2026. It will now take place in person at the company's registered office at 8 MacGregor Road, Ikoyi, Lagos.
According to the filing, the Board will consider the Q2 2026 Managing Director's Report and Board Committee Reports, among other agenda items at the rescheduled meeting.
The company stated that NGX will be notified of the outcome of the meeting in line with applicable post-listing requirements. The notice was signed by Gbeminiyi Shoda, Company Secretary. VFD Group Plc's board comprises Chairman Olatunde Busari (SAN), Group Managing Director Nonso Okpala, two Executive Directors, four Non-Executive Directors, and three Independent Non-Executive Directors.
