Victor Osimhen Misses Match Against Konyaspor Due to Injury

Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian striker, has been excluded from Galatasaray's matchday squad for their Turkish Super Lig fixture against Konyaspor due to a knee injury. The club confirmed that Osimhen complained of pain in his right knee, prompting head coach Okan Buruk to proceed without him.

The decision to withdraw Osimhen is purely precautionary, and the injury is not considered serious. The 27-year-old forward is expected to recover in time for Galatasaray's crucial UEFA Champions League playoff second leg against Juventus FC, scheduled for Wednesday, February 25.
