Harry B Anyanwu Appeals for Help for Maureen Okpoko

Veteran Nigerian actor and musician Harry B Anyanwu has made an appeal for assistance on behalf of actress Maureen Okpoko, who has reportedly been blind for several years. In a video shared online, Anyanwu stated he was with Okpoko in Enugu and urged members of the Nigerian film industry, Nollywood, to come together and support her.

He emphasized the importance of reaching out to help her access the necessary medical care, expressing hope that her sight could be restored. Anyanwu referred to Okpoko as his "sister of inestimable value," highlighting the urgency of the situation and the need for collective action from his colleagues in Nollywood to ensure she receives the treatment she requires.
