Nigerian celebrity chef Hilda Baci achieved a Guinness World Record for the largest serving of jollof rice at the Gino World Jollof Festival in Lagos. The confirmation was made in an emotional video call with a GWR official on Monday.

Baci, in collaboration with Gino Nigeria, produced a massive 9lb 9oz jollof rice, meeting all required standards. She expressed gratitude to her team and supporters for the historic accomplishment.

The record-breaking moment was dedicated to Gino. Baci's achievement marks her as the official Guinness World Records title holder for the largest serving of jollof rice.
