Warri Wolves FC has requested their head coach, Napoleon Aluma, to step aside after a disappointing 4-2 defeat against Shooting Stars Sports Club in the Nigeria Premier Football League. The decision was confirmed by executive assistant to the Delta State governor, Sheriff Oborevwori, and Festus Ohwojero, who stated that management opted for an immediate change to stabilize the team. Aluma has been asked to step aside temporarily, with an assistant taking charge pending a final decision from the club hierarchy.
