Kebbi Governor Criticizes Military Over Schoolgirls' Abduction

Kebbi State Governor criticized the Nigerian military's response to insecurity after the abduction of 25 schoolgirls from a secondary school in Maga. The governor called for a comprehensive strategy change and a full investigation into the incident.

The governor also expressed concerns about the rapid spread of insecurity across the state and warned of possible sabotage. Speaker Tajudeen Abba led a delegation to commiserate with the government and people of Kebbi State over the abduction and killing of school staff.

The governor donated 30 million Naira to the families of the victims and urged for the immortalization of the slain school official.
