The fraudulent notice falsely claimed that INEC was recruiting for various positions through a fake portal.

INEC emphasized that the Commission does not operate such a portal and urged the public to disregard the misleading information to avoid falling victim to criminal elements. Nigerians were advised to rely on the official INEC website and verified communication channels for authentic updates.
