Seyi Law Reaffirms Support for President Tinubu

Nigerian comedian Seyi Law expressed his unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during the Progressive Congress convention held in Abuja on Friday. He emphasized his loyalty to Tinubu, attributing it to the President's crucial role in stabilizing Nigeria's economy during a period of serious financial challenges.

Seyi Law highlighted that when Tinubu assumed office, Nigeria's foreign reserves were critically low, at just $1 billion, but have since improved significantly to $40 billion in gross reserves and $50.7 billion overall. Despite facing backlash for his previous comments suggesting that Nigeria is safer under the current administration compared to a decade ago, Seyi Law apologized for poorly expressing his views.

He reiterated his commitment to supporting Tinubu, whom he believes has brought Nigeria back from the brink of economic collapse.
