NNPP Expels Kano Lawmaker Jibrin Over Alleged Disloyalty

The New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) in Kano State has expelled House of Representatives member Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa over allegations of disloyalty and outstanding financial obligations. The State party chairman, Hashim Sulaiman Dungurawa, announced the decision citing Jibrin's public criticism of the party leadership.

Despite reconciliation efforts, Jibrin's actions demonstrated a lack of loyalty to the party's interests. The NNPP accused Jibrin of aligning more with the Kwankwasiyya Movement than the party itself.
