Wike Directs Extension of Gaduwa Road to Oladipo Diya

Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), instructed the contractor responsible for the access road to the FCT Fire Service Station (Arterial Road SI) in Gaduwa District to extend the project to connect with Oladipo Diya Road. This directive was issued on Friday during Wike's inspection of the ongoing construction from Ring Road II to Oladipo Diya Way.

The project includes one collector road, two local streets, and a minor access road. Wike expressed satisfaction with the construction quality and noted that a bridge under construction during his last visit has been completed.

He stressed the significance of extending the road to maximize its economic and developmental benefits, stating that it would transform the area's landscape, stimulate property development, and create job opportunities. Wike assured the contractor of prompt payment for completed work to meet the December completion deadline and expressed confidence in the contractor's ability to deliver the project on schedule.
