Wizkid and Burna Boy to Headline Afro Nation 2026 in Portugal

Afro Nation 2026 in Portugal has confirmed Wizkid, Burna Boy, and other top artists as headliners for the festival scheduled from July 3 to July 5. The event, known for showcasing Afrobeat, Amapiano, R&B, and more, will take place at the picturesque Praia da Rocha Beach in Portimão.

Grammy-winning Nigerian star Burna Boy will kick off the festival on July 3, sharing the stage with South African sensation Tyla. ASAK, a rising artist known for his energetic fusion of Afrobeat and street pop, will headline on July 4, while Wizkid is slated to close the festival on July 5.

Other performers include Kehlani, Gunna, Olamide, Young John, Darkoo, Wande Coal, and Mavo. Early access tickets will be available starting February 5, with the festival expanding to locations such as Ghana, Puerto Rico, Miami, and Detroit in previous years.
