Peter Obi Advocates Redirecting Nigerian Youth from Cybercrime to Entrepreneurship

Former Nigerian presidential candidate Peter Obi emphasized the need to redirect young Nigerians involved in internet fraud, commonly known as "yahoo yahoo," towards more productive ventures like entrepreneurship and innovation. Speaking at an event in Onitsha, Obi highlighted the importance of proper mentorship to harness the raw talent of the youth.

He cautioned against the obsession with material wealth and greed, urging leaders to set examples of integrity. Obi stressed the significance of hard work, dignity of labor, and the development of a nation based on innovation.

He also called for justice and fair governance to discourage dishonesty and corruption.
