Alade emphasized her preference to stay clear of unnecessary drama and stress in her life, despite persistent calls from fans for the two artists to join forces.

She acknowledged that while she is a fan of Tiwa Savage and would support female artists collaborating, she would rather avoid any potential issues that could arise from such a partnership. Alade admitted that past tensions, particularly a public fallout in December 2018, have stirred controversy among fans and media.

During that incident, Alade appeared to throw shade at Savage regarding a post about female entertainers deceiving fans with altered images, which Savage later addressed on Instagram, warning against starting a conflict.
