Actress and filmmaker Bimbo Ademoye raised concerns after individuals allegedly filed copyright claims on a song used in her movie released in December 2025, leading to the blocking of revenue on YouTube. Ademoye, who attracted massive online attention with 18 million views on the film, took to Instagram to express frustration and demand the removal of the copyright claim.

She insisted on owning full rights to the song and warned of serious consequences if the issue was not resolved promptly. Ademoye specifically called out an individual named Emmanuel Davi, accusing them of unlawfully claiming ownership of the song to block her earnings.
