Dangote Group has expressed full support for Ruth Otabor, whose sister was involved in an accident with one of their trucks in Auchi, Edo State. Following the incident, Phyna, the sister of the Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, took to social media to demand justice as her sister's leg was amputated due to the severity of the accident.

In response, Dangote Group released a statement confirming the accident and pledged to provide comprehensive medical care and appropriate compensation to Ruth Otabor in line with company policy. The company's senior official, along with the insurance team, visited the victim's family at the Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital in Edo State.

Dangote Group emphasized its commitment to supporting those affected by the accident and ensuring Ruth Otabor's welfare. Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw and others have also shown support for Phyna and her family.
