Zacuten Technologies Seeks Resolution for $4.1M Balance

Zacuten Technologies is pursuing resolution of an outstanding balance related to a cross-border commercial transaction valued at approximately $13.07 million involving Plaude Technologies Limited and Plaude Inc. Of this amount, approximately $8.95 million has been transferred, leaving an outstanding balance estimated between $4.1 million and $4.2 million.

Godsreal Ojinaka, CEO of Zacuten Technologies, stated that the company seeks a clear accounting of the transaction, independent verification of payments, supporting documentation for the outstanding balance, and a verifiable timeline for settlement. Plaude has attributed delays to banking restrictions and operational issues, but Zacuten insists these explanations have not resolved the outstanding balance.

The company has retained records and correspondence related to the transaction and intends to provide documentation to relevant authorities. Additionally, Zacuten mentioned a Banc of California cashier’s cheque for $2,780,208 dated March 6, 2026, which is under review for verification.
