Zlatan Ibile and Davita Lamai celebrate wedding in Lagos

Zlatan Ibile and his partner, Davita Lamai, held their traditional wedding in Lagos on October 24, 2026, with Afrobeats star Davido serving as one of the groomsmen. The couple first appeared in Benin-inspired attire, with Davita in a deep red beaded gown and Zlatan in a white traditional outfit adorned with red bead fringe.

For their second look, they wore coordinated pastel Yoruba outfits, with Zlatan in a light green agbada and Davita in a pale yellow skirt-and-blouse set. Davido, a close friend of Zlatan, arrived at the venue in a white Rolls-Royce and was noted to have posted a stack of dollar bills on his Instagram Story.

Influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa and comedian Broda Shaggi congratulated the couple on social media. Additionally, Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface reportedly gifted Zlatan three cows ahead of the celebration.

Prior to the wedding, Zlatan surprised Davita with luxury gifts, including a diamond necklace and a Birkin bag. The couple announced their wedding date on October 8 in an Instagram video.
