Omoyele Sowore DSS Trial Updates

Omoyele Sowore's request to compel the Director General of the Department of State Services, Tosin Ajayi, to testify in his cyberbullying trial against President Bola Tinubu was dismissed by Justice Mohammed Garba Umar at the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Omoyele Sowore, the African Action Congress presidential candidate, criticized Adeola Ajayi, the Director-General of the Department of State Services, for failing to appear in court during his cybercrime trial, calling him a coward and accusing him of avoiding responsibilities.

Tension arose at the Federal High Court in Abuja when lawyer Yakubu referred to Omoyele Sowore as a "tout." Sowore confronted Yakubu, demanding he withdraw the remark, which occurred before proceedings in Sowore's trial for allegedly cyberbullying President Bola Tinubu.
