Ampem Darkoa Ladies defeated Edo Queens 1-0 after extra time, winning 3-2 on aggregate to qualify for the 2026 CAF Women’s Champions League. The decisive goal came from a corner kick early in extra time, ending Edo Queens' hopes of reaching the tournament.
