Zamfara PDP Officials Defect to APC Ahead of 2023 Elections

In a significant political move, 15 ex-officers of the Zamfara PDP, including Sahad Dabo and Nasiru Anka, have switched allegiance to the APC, with a commitment to support the party's leadership in the upcoming 2023 elections. The defection was marked by the handover of PDP membership cards, with Amina Duniya disclosing her 25-year loyalty to the PDP.

The defectors were officially received in Abuja by the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, and other APC leaders, emphasizing unity and growth within the party.
