JAMB confirmed that the session was automatically flagged in their system, ensuring that affected candidates would be rescheduled without needing to take extra action.

Candidates are advised to frequently check the JAMB portal to reprint their exam slips, which will display the new exam date and any changes to exam centers. Additionally, JAMB announced a mop-up examination for candidates who could not complete their tests due to these technical issues.
